Telephone Sales Executive – c.£24k +uncapped com – Sutton
This is a customer-focused role and you will be expected to adapt a consultative approach to selling. This is an opportunity to build and manage your own customer base, maximising revenue and increasing customer numbers. The role requires a high level of telephone activity and a passion for winning new business is essential. The successful candidate will be working in a vibrant B2B sales environment with generous benefits and incentives.
Successful Sales Executives can earn an uncapped commission along with a host of other incentives rewarding high performance. In 2015 these have included:

Responsibilities include:
- Lead execution – Utilising the lead sourcing tools that are provided to win new business
- Identify additional leads and opportunities to work with new customers
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Work to individual targets to include print revenue, online revenue and customer numbers
- Offer a high level of customer service and account management
- Write strong proposals to demonstrate that your brand is a suitable platform to meet client objectives
- Understand and be able to confidently sell print, online, email and social media advertising tools
- Create innovative ways to build business from existing customers and the market
- Possess up to date knowledge of customers and the market
- Provide client and competitor information and intelligence to Sales Manager/Business Manager/ Sales Director and other team members
- Liaise effectively with all internal departments
Skills and experience required:
- Able to sell effectively over the telephone
- People orientated, excellent listening skills
- Able to build relationships over the telephone
- Able to build relationships both external and internal
- Commercial acumen
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to reach and exceed targets
- Organised and able to manage own time
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills – including good written English
