As the Business Development Manager you will be delivering specialist bespoke eleaning in a wide range of sectors to some of the UKs largest and most successful companies transforming their learning and development experience through behaviour changing elearning experiences. As the Business Development Manager you will be working over a large range of sectors delivering award winning training and development programmes for our award winning boutique client.
About The Role
As the Business Development Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to develop the total relationship through key new business acquisitions to creating long lasting high impact positive results. The Business Development Manager will be working with for an award winning elearning consultancy targeted some of the UKs leading brands. Our client will support you with training, clear progression path and all the tools and resources you will require to be a huge success. The Business Development Manager will be putting together engaging proposals and pitching to c-level management delivering award winning bespoke elearning.
Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager
- Work closely with Senior Management to advice on all aspects of training and development content and delivery to achieve all client objections
- Manage and influence senior level client contacts and maintain positive and successful relationships
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring that there is regular and structured contact that will included face-to-face meetings and telephone/e-mail communications
