Customer Service Agent (Temp to Perm)

Location: Park Royal

Hours of work: 6:00am to 3pm Monday to Friday

Hourly rate: £8:00 per hour to £9.00 per hour

Our client a leading logistics business with 51 depots across the UK is seeking a Customer Service Agent who is dedicated to understanding each customer’s needs and then doing absolutely whatever it takes to help them.

Located in Park Royal this busy delivery team work in a high paced environment.

You will be a good listener, patient and kind by nature, with a real desire to help others. Problem solving skills will be supported by your accuracy and attention to detail. Previous Call Centre experience isn’t essential…although it will help if you have enjoyed a role with direct customer contact, and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, technologically advanced environment.

You must be available to start immediately as this a temp role which will become permanent

You must be able to commute to Park Royal area

You should possess a good command of English and be numerically confident.

This is a TEMP TO PERM role and the successfully appointed applicant will be offered a full time permanent contract.
