Enforcement Officer -London




This is a great opportunity for you to operate as an enforcement agent on a self-employed basis, planning your own daily schedule from work allocated by our client. The salary is OTE of £25,000 but how active you are in this role will determine how much you make.

Your role primary would be to go to a set of address given to you by our client and give warrants to the recipient your main goal is to deliver great customer service in carrying out instructions from magistrate courts and local authorities to recover outstanding court fines and other debts through professional door-to-door collection.


You will be given 12 weeks training before you are allowed to work on your own. At the end of this training, provided that you pass, you will be a certified Bailiff.


During these 12 weeks you will be paid £230 per week for the first 4 weeks, £270 for weeks 5-8 and £320 during the last 4 weeks.


Upon certification trainees will come off scheme and go into commission only self-employed status


The client would advise that if each employee completes about 8-10 visits to achieve an on target earning of £25,000 although you can work more or less than this depending on how much you wish to earn.


The payment scheme will be explained to you during your training but we have been informed that £25,000 is achievable.


A uniform will be provided for you to use and all the roles will be mapped out for you weekly.


Each employee will be given a body warn video camera (used for training purposes and to document/avoid any disputes)


Successful candidates will be customer focused, you will be self-motivated, driven and focused.You will also be confident, persuasive and enjoy working in a challenging role.


No experience is necessary and full training will be provided. Successful applicants will be required to gain satisfactory clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau.
