A school in the borough of Hillingdon are looking to appoint an excellent quality teacher to join their SEN team. The school, located close to transport links is a 3 form entry with a great team of teachers consistently raising the bar of teaching and learning.

The successful candidate would be responsible for SEN and developing teaching and learning. They would ensure a high quality care and guidance for pupils and liaise with outside agencies and parents. The management of a team of learning assistants is also a key part to this role, as is co-ordinating their roles with regards to the rest of the staff.

The school are looking for someone who has high expectations of themselves, other staff, pupils and parents. Excellent teaching and learning skills should be displayed as should a commitment to raising standards and attainment for all children.

The school have a very strong leadership team, a committed staff and a very friendly and caring working environment. They are also fantastic at providing opportunities for professional development.

*You must hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
