• Able to advice to individuals and corporate clients in line with the UK Immigration Rules and Nationality Acts.


• In depth knowledge and experience in dealing with all areas of immigration from nationality law, UK Entry Clearance, Leave to Remain, Indefinite Leave to Remain, the Points Based System (Tiers 1,2,4,5), EEA applications and etc.


• Can work efficiently to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and strong and research skills for all casework.


• Candidate must be able to work to deadlines as well as remaining efficient under pressure.


• Excellent English and Mandarin for both written and oral communication skills are required.


• At least Level 1 OISC accreditation or above.
