Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Analyst (Infrastructure, Analyst)

Key Accountabilities for the Infrastructure Delivery Analyst (Infrastructure, Analyst) role:
- Contribution to technical design and implementation processes for new core infrastructure
- Work with partners to implement solutions for existing and new core infrastructure and manage their delivery
- Accountable for all build documentation in assigned projects ensuring that relevant build information is recorded centrally
Key Responsibilities for the Infrastructure Delivery Analyst (Infrastructure, Analyst) role:
- Participate in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for specific projects
- Provide expertise and consultation on the technical design and implementation processes
- Work with 3rd party project delivery suppliers to implement infrastructure solutions
- Assist Infrastructure project managers with task prioritisation from a technical perspective
- Contribute to and ensures full hand off in project transitions into BAU, managing the handover process for delivered technology
- Contributes to the Risks and Issues log of inflight projects
- Manage and report progress and escalate issues and risks effectively to senior management, owning issues through to resolution
- Self-manage the delivery of the low level technical objectives.
- Delivery of project tasks as instructed by the Project Manager
- Manage multiple 3rd party project delivery suppliers
- Provide a level of post project warranty support
Qualifications, Experience and Skills for the Infrastructure Delivery Analyst (Infrastructure, Analyst) role:
Required:
- Minimum 4 years supporting Cisco LAN, WAN, Wi-LAN, MPLS & Firewalls devices
- Minimum 4 years supporting Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP
- Minimum 4 years supporting Cisco IPS configuration / Intrusion Prevention Systems awareness
- Minimum 4 years supporting Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012
- Minimum 4 years supporting VMware and / or Hypervisor platforms
- Minimum 2 years supporting Cloud connectivity (AWS and Virtual Private Cloud)
- Advanced Knowledge of Linux Red Hat
- Advanced Knowledge of Oracle Applications and Database Services
- Excellent knowledge of MS Exchange 2010 / 2013 / Office 365
- Excellent understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCPI/IP, MPLS, firewalls and security
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Server and storage hardware architectures
- Advanced knowledge of LAN and WAN standards, configuration and design
- Excellent knowledge of Contact Centre Telephony VoIP / SIP – Avaya, Cisco, Cloud ACD
- Broad Application exposure, support and deployment
- Management and liaison with outsourced providers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language
- Excellent problem solving skills
Preferred:
- ITIL Service Management Experience
- PCI and other regulatory compliance knowledge
- Apple IOS / Apple devices / Tablets / Smartphones
- Knowledge of the Motorola product family
- Experience with Project management principles – Prince2 and / or Agile
- Experience in implementing large scale business solutions
- Experience of ERP / PoS systems
