PROJECT/SENIOR SITE MANAGER

We are a small/medium commercial construction company based in Essex with a satellite office in the City of London. Our projects are varied (hotels, offices, industrial, high end residential) and we undertake works throughout London and the home counties. Our contract values vary from £ 5,000 on measured term contracts to £ 5,000,000 on larger D&B projects.

We are looking for an established Project/Senior Site Manager with experience in commercial refurbishment and new build. The right candidate should have:

oSite Management experience in driving and delivering design and build projects o A solid grounding in health and safety
oExperience in working within a strict Quality Management System o Relevant CSCS Certification o SMSTS & 1st Aid Qualifications o Good IT skills
oA full, clean UK driving licence

The role initially would be site based working alongside an existing Project or Senior Site
Manager. Training will be provided with a view to achieving the CSCS Management Card . The role will be a mix of multi-site management and/or single site role for larger projects with regular meetings at head office with the Group Projects Director and senior staff.

This is a full time role with a 45 hour week (7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour each day for lunch). Due to the nature of our works, availability to work evenings and weekends is essential on some projects for which additional payment will be made.

For the right person, the following package is offered:

oAnnual salary of between £ 45,000 and £ 55,000 depending on experience and qualifications
