£18,000 basic, OTE £35,000

Portico is a surprisingly useful, progressive, established and multi award-winning London estate agent. We are about to expand even further and are searching for additional trainee estate agents to join our successful sales and lettings teams, as trainee estate agents in various London offices.

Why Portico?

Portico offer generous packages: £18,000 basic salary, realistic on target earnings of £35,000 in the first year, rising easily to £45,000 upwards with promotion, as well as use of the Mercedes A-Class pool car and you can earn additional half days off for simply hitting your targets (up to an additional 24 days holiday!)

We love to train, develop and promote our consultants. On top of the induction week, we offer on-going training and development, we sponsor your NAEA or ARLA exams, pay for your membership and even give you a bonus for completing them. Our most successful people have become managers within three years and we provide all the tools you need to hit your career goals.

What does it take to work for Portico?
Successful trainee estate agents will have:

• Excellent communication and instant rapport building skills


• Natural sales skills and, ideally, experience of targets


• An interest in working in the property industry


• A strong work ethic (we work VERY long hours)


• Ambition, drive and lots of self-motivation


• A positive, energetic and resilient attitude


• You’ll also have a full driving licence and be a confident driver
