We are now seeking to appoint a Director of People and Talent to lead the development of Tearfund’s people, assisting the Chief executive to ensure the resilience, health and effectiveness of individuals and the organisation. As a member of the Executive Team this person will take a shared responsibility for creating a united, highly effective team built on trust, openness, mutual respect and loyalty. This person will ensure that staff at all levels within Tearfund reach their full potential. Candidates will bring substantial proven ability at executive level of managing a Human Resources/People function in a similarly complex function, as well as a demonstrable commitment to Tearfund’s Christian values.
