To communicate effectively with line management on a daily basis to ensure you are:

Adhering to Company policies and procedures e.g. timekeeping, absence reporting procedures etc

Awareness of and actively supporting Health & Safety policies to ensure that standards are adhered to and maintained at all times

Actively listening and communicating with colleagues and Managers

Displaying good listening skills and identifying problems and solutions

Working as Part of a Team:
To work as part of the stockroom team to achieve personal and store objectives through:

Carrying out reasonable additional duties as and when required e.g. stockroom cover, acting as a training sponsor (if required)

Supporting and helping colleagues with their daily tasks as and when required

Showing a genuine interest in other people and willingness to help

Using initiative at all times

Having the ability and willingness to acquire job knowledge through self development and by learning from others

Demonstrating flexibility in order to meet store needs and special events e.g. sale, peak trading periods
