Field Specialist Trainer - Fujifilm



The role will involve training store staff on the cameras and the current sales offers. You will raise the awareness and profile of the client’s products within all channels by creating positive brand awareness and increasing and maximising sales. You will also manage and build relationships within your territory.


Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


• Provide training on Photography, Cameras and Key Technologies
• Complete direct sales activities and events
• Build effective working relationships with key contacts both in stores and at Management level
• Define and implement local marketing initiatives in line with Fuji’s business strategy
• Recognise and act upon opportunities to increase sales in key stores within defined geographic area
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Capture data whilst in store visits using the reporting tool that is provided
• Offer ways to increase Fujifilm’s sales and related business within the predefined area
• Visit all events and road shows in line with Fujifilm’s requirements
• Attend all other meetings in relation to Fujifilm business as and when required
• Feedback of information for weekly/monthly report
• Feedback Competitors information


Key Skills and Experience:


• A photographic qualification, or at least 2 years’ experience of the photographic industry
• Experience of working in a retail/field marketing environment
• Experience in the Digital Imaging industry
• Experience in face-to-face training


Salary:up to £20000 pro rata + 10% Bonus
Days of work: Part time 3 Days


You will need a full UK driving license and access to a car.
