Administrator / Receptionist, product design company!



Leading product design company seeks an organised and hardworking Company Administrator to join their team.


This is a varied position which will involve you looking after many of the administrative and customer services tasks from managing incoming enquiries to entering orders and representing the company at tradeshows. You will also support successful National Account Managers so will be learning new skills and gaining new experiences every day.


A typical day in this Administrator / Receptionist position may include:


  • Answering incoming phone calls and building an instant rapport with the customer

  • Managing customer service enquiries via telephone and email

  • Entering wholesale and online sales orders

  • Tracking orders for customers and updating them on the progress

  • Maintaining relationships with wholesale customers

  • Assisting with adhoc projects with the sales team

  • Representing the company at tradeshows

  • Coordinating/prioritising general ad hoc administrative tasks required by the team

As Administrator / Receptinist you will have:


  • 1+ years’ administration experience

  • A positive attitude and high levels of motivation

  • Excellent Excel and Word skills

  • Impeccable organisation and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A good team player

  • A flexible approach

  • Be computer literate and confident using MS Office

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • A genuine interest in the design and retail industry

  • Excellent English, fluent to business level
