Temp2Perm Sous Chef- American Style Restaurant -London LTR170

We are looking for a hard working, Sous Chef with a positive attitude to join this brigade of 5-7 chefs in an open plan kitchen.

High turnover food – West End, London. 9am start. 5 days a week.

Must be good with customers, as you will interact with them. You must have previous experience in dealing with high numbers.

American style food – grill, meat etc.

Ideally experience with seafood and working in a high paced restaurant.
