Interim Head of HR Operations

During an exciting period of change for this leading financial services organisation in the City of London, there is a requirement for an experienced Senior HR Operations interim to join them for 3-6 months to take a lead on HR operations whilst the Global Head of Ops is working on other projects during this period.

To start ASAP, the successful candidate will need to have a strong background in managing HR operations with proven experience in reviewing and implementing improvements and developing existing systems and processes.
