The Role


This Sales Negotiator offers the potential for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to progress up the Sales career path toward Sales Managerial and Area roles.


This is an ideal position for a Sales Negotiator with at least 12 months’ experience looking to make a step into a strong company that offers training, development, good earning potential and career prospects.


As a Sales Negotiator, answering to the Sales Manager, you will source out and run business through to completion.


You can work within exploding markets in Boroughs such as Tower Hamlets, City of London, and Hackney.

Duties


  • Working to reach and breach fiscal and performance targets

  • Sourcing business and seeing through to completion

  • Establishing and maintaining client and applicant relationships

  • Completing administrative tasks

  • Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively

  • Working autonomously and as part of a team

Person Specification


  • London Estate Agency experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills, rapid ability to establish relationships

  • Positive approach toward all tasks & a flexible approach to working hours

  • Pro-active and revels in working both autonomously and as part of a team

  • Exceptional sales skills

Essential Criteria


  • A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role

  • UK experience in Sales Negotiating

Desirable Criteria


  • A graduate degree in any discipline

  • Additional languages
