The Business Performance Coach Opportunity:

We’re looking for business literate individuals with excellent coaching and customer service skills who can work with independent freelance photographers to achieve success for their individual businesses whilst enabling the company to grow and thrive. You will be responsible for delivering happiness to your network of stakeholders and driving a high-performing group of photographers in a results-oriented work environment.

You will also be able to manage the performance and satisfaction of a group of people (photographers) as a collective, providing support, receiving queries and resolving them quickly and effectively. You will look to improve systems and processes; be confident with Excel, VoIP and ERP systems and a quick learner easily adaptable to an environment of change and accelerated growth.

The main objective of the role is to help photographers build a better photography business; to empower them with access to training, coaching and work; and to ensure that the service for our clients is generally and consistently improved to reach our strategic goals.

If you have fantastic relationship skills, understand what makes business work and are a natural coach who gets satisfaction out of developing others, regardless of your previous background then this could be the role for you.

About You:

> Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal
> Experience of managing relationships with clients and/or suppliers; ideally managing and building strong relationships with third party providers
> Results-driven
> Positive attitude and always looking to improve
> Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
> Proactive attitude towards achieving results and an appetite for change
> Driven by building a team-building environment to help others achieve their goals
> A personal interest in business and knowledge of small businesses and startups
> Knowledge of, or interest in, photography of any kind
> Sales, negotiation and presentation skills
> Coaching and development skills and experience a plus
> Knowledge of ERP and CRM helpdesk systems, Office 365 and VoIP
> Ability to resolve issues quickly by talking with people and understanding priorities
> Strong typing skills with good spelling and grammar
