Trainee Recruitment Consultant - 5 Vacancies - Central London

What can you expect as a graduate recruitment consultant?

• Basic salary between £20,000 – £25,000 + Uncapped commission, year 1 earnings £35,000 – £45,000 OTE

The role of a recruitment consultant:

• Extensive training will be given to you to ensure you are fully prepared for the role


• YOU will be responsible for sourcing your own candidates & clients


• Managing client & candidate relations


• You will be closing deals and making sure you get plenty of commission!


• You will be 360 — selling roles to the candidates and the candidate to the client

Ideal skills and experience:

• You are money hungry and prepared to work extremely hard to get that!


• An extremely motivated, competitive and driven person with examples to show this


• A good knowledge of the growing industry that is recruitment


• A sales background is preferred but not essential


• A recent graduate from university (in the last two years)
