The New Business Development Manager Role:

As part of our continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team selling digital recruitment advertising solutions to the UK’s top graduate employers, recruitment advertising agencies and SMEs. The role will focus primarily on new business with these accounts becoming your portfolio to develop, upsell and renew. You’ll be great at building relationships, acting consultatively and self-motivating to hit your targets. It’s a supportive environment, relaxed, flexible and hardworking with a real opportunity to be a key member of our team and help shape our business. The role reports to our Head of Sales.

New Business Development Manager Required Skills and Experience:

– BA or BSc in any discipline
– 12 months + media sales experience working to targets
– Recruitment advertising sales experience desirable
– Articulate and confident communicator
– Experience of CRM
– Outgoing personality with strong relationship building skills

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Graduate Sales Executive, Graduate Advertising Sales Executive, Media Sales, Recruitment Advertising Sales, Job Board Sales, New Business Executive, Digital Recruitment Advertising Sales.
