As a Costa Coffee team member, you’ll be delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service. You’ll be making and serving drinks to Costa brand standards, operating the till, maintaining stock levels, and demonstrating your product knowledge to customers by advising and making suggestions. We’re looking for team members with an enthusiastic and friendly manner, who can communicate confidently with the team and the guests. You’ll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, be willing to learn and ideally have experience of working in a customer facing environment.
