JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator/ PA
HOURS: 9.30am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday
INDUSTRY: PR
LOCATION: West End, London
BENEFITS: Pension, Season Ticket Loan, Free refreshments, Yoga Classes
SALARY: £18K – £21K

My client is a successful PR company who are looking for an experienced administrator to help run the office and support the Manager Director. The successful candidate must available as soon as possible.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Answering all incoming calls
* Ordering office supplies
* Booking meeting rooms
* Ensuring all meeting rooms are presentable
* Making refreshments
* Processing invoices
* Booking restaurants
* Sort, prioritise, categorise, and distribute incoming mail and packages
* Organising meetings
* Email management
* General administration/ data entry
* Any ad hoc duties requested by the team


QUALIFICATIONS:


* MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
* Great attention to detail
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, & Internet Explorer
* Enthusiastic and Proactive
