Admin Assistant Internship - Universal Design Studio - London EC2A

Admin Assistant Internship (would suit school leaver) for three Creative Studios in Shoreditch.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9pm to 6pm (start time negotiable) – £55 per day
Starting initially as a 3 month paid Internship, there is an opportunity for this to develop into a full time role.
Working with the Studio Manager as part of the Commercial Team, the ideal candidate will also be happy working on their own, enjoy a varied and busy day and have a good level of physical fitness as the role will at times require manual handling and lifting. You should have experience dealing with customers /clients and be confident when talking to people, in person and or on the phone, be organised, articulate and trustworthy. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Mac’s is desirable.
Duties include;

• Dealing with couriers


• Booking meeting rooms


• Ordering stationery, supplies & consumables


• Distributing and sending post/couriers (local and international)


• Taking calls


• Meeting and greeting clients/visitors


• Always be happy and smiling for both clients and your colleagues


• Ordering catering for meetings Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred


• Machine/Printer maintenance
