We are currently looking for experienced Housing Officers available to work on a temporary basis for our clients in the London area.

Key duties will include:

• Delivering a high-quality housing management service to customers


• Managing a geographical patch of properties, providing tenancy related advice and support to customers and effectively managing any subsequent tenancy enforcement issues


• Conducting estate inspections and taking remedial action to ensure high service standards are maintained


• Effectively managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases (including court attendance, where necessary) and will working with key partners and stakeholders to tackle and resolve any issues


• Supporting vulnerable residents with sensitivity, understanding the needs of customers and their communities.

You will have recent and relevant experience of working within a similar role and setting, have good communication, IT and administrative skills, ideally have access to your own car, and have a flexible working approach.
