Sales Consultant
With a reputation for unbeatable customer service, HSS are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to join the team in Wembley working on a pert-time 20 hour per week contract. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and approachable individual to thrive within this fast-paced environment and grow alongside the business.
What does the role involve?
Customer service! You will be the face of the business, and great customer service is something that really sets us apart from the rest. Our branches are always busy and so the ability to work well alongside your HSS colleagues and deliver the best service is something that is really important to us.
You will also be involved in overseeing the equipment within the branch, carrying out some cash handling and dealing with customers over the phone. There are always things to keep you busy and ensure you are continually developing your skills with us!
Training – It’s all about you!
Sales and Customer Service experience would be beneficial but don’t worry if you aren’t overly experienced in a customer faced environment- that’s what our Training is for! As well as offering a competitive salary and benefits package, we invest in your development and provide all our new recruits two weeks of training at a designated Branches of Excellence. Whilst at the Branch of Excellence, you will learn all about why The HSS Group is at the forefront of the industry, the tools and equipment we hire, sales techniques and much more.
