A rare opportunity has arisen for a BDM with red-brick education to join a highly entrepreneurial bridging finance lender, based in the West End.

The hiring company specialises in bridging and development loans and the niche proposition from them is that they already have an extensive portfolio of Broker AND Developer contacts, so you do not need a book of existing business!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three year’s working experience within sales, along with a 2:1 Degree, from a reputable University. It is preferable that you are looking to study (or already have) your CeMAP exams.

You will have a natural ability to build a lasting rapport with Clients (Mortgage Brokers, Property Investors), coupled with a sharp intelligence and flair for learning quickly.

You will be field based, covering London and surrounding areas. A team of Underwriters, Business Analyst and Management will be on hand in the office.

The starting salary is £35,000pa- £40,000+ a bonus of up to 100% of salary.
