Tester - Red Badger - London

Requirements:
We’re looking for a tester to come and join the ranks of our lean, fast growing, tech-loving, passionate and dynamic team. The projects we are working on are all innovative with amazing frontend design and UX.

You will be familiar with testing web based technologies across a wide range of browsers and devices, ranging from the latest and greatest back to the less so great. You’ll need to be adaptable as we are always looking for better/new ways of doing things, which includes trying out new technologies.

You’ll be comfortable working closely with clients, UX, design and business stakeholders, working together to create executable test cases that cover all major features and functionality. We get you involved early in the project lifecycle to make sure you understand the software you’re tasked with testing.

Experience creating automated test cases would be highly desirable, using frameworks such as Selenium, for example. Any experience with a common language such as JavaScript, Ruby, C# or Java would also be great and allow you to pick up automated testing techniques on the job.

You’ll have experience working with common issue tracking software such as YouTrack and Jira.

You need to be used to working in an Agile manner and will be familiar with Scrum. Kanban is a bonus. You’ll be working in a multi-disciplined team surrounded by some of the industry’s best developers, designers, UX designers and testers. If you’ve previously worked in multi-disciplined teams that would be a bonus; if not, you have much to look forward to.
