We’re a neighbourhood bakery. We think bread is beautiful. We serve top-notch coffee alongside our sandwiches, salads and slices of cake. We found our perfect home in 2005, in Hampstead, after our founders Tom Molnar and Ran Avidan joined Gail Mejia in making London a home of great bread.
Our Central Kitchen team work exceptionally hard to make our world class products for our bakeries and as we grow this is an extremely exciting time to join our family, with lots of opportunity for progression.

Role summary
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Central Kitchen team as a Food Packer, working across our departments to ensure the correct packing of all products and supporting the overall function of our central kitchen.

Main Purpose of role

• Ensuring all products are packed & labeled correctly


• Controlling FIFO requirements within central kitchen


• Ensuring all departments receive their correct daily products packed


• Ensuring a consistent product is manufactured every day in each department


• Managing and recording wastage


• Training employees effectively in accordance with our training standards


• Setting excellent customer service and work ethics and leading by example


• Performing additional responsibilities and tasks according to the business needs
