Guest Experience Host (Retail) Part Time Permanent - Coca-Cola London Eye - Westminster

We are the Coca-Cola London Eye and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments?

We are currently recruiting for Guest Experience Hosts for the Retail department to be at the front line of the Coca-Cola London Eye, delivering professional, efficient and memorable experiences to our customers. Playing a key role within our operations team you will be promoting and selling a variety of products and souvenirs. Whether suggesting the perfect purchase or being on hand to assist our customers with any query they may have, you will assist in boosting revenue and smashing daily targets while demonstrating fantastic customer service at all times. Working within our diverse and exciting team, you will be confident in approaching and interacting with our guests, ensuring that our customers experience with us is the best that it can be!

We are looking for the following skills and experience;

• Experience of delivering excellent customer service on a face to face basis (ideally from within the retail, hospitality or the entertainments industry)

• Enjoy working to a high standard within a busy and often pressurised environment

• Able to engage in conversation and interact with our guests in an open and genuine manner

• Able to ‘think on your feet’ and take ownership of issues that may rise

• Reliable, customer focused team player

• Ensure that you are consistently delivering a service that goes beyond our set KPI targets

• Experience of cash handling is an advantage, but full training will be provided

This role is permanent, part time based upon working 16hours per week (every weekend).
