We are currently looking for a versatile HR and Payroll Administrator with Pension experience. - A minimum of three year’s HR and Payroll experience which includes auto enrolment and pensions using 12 Pay.
- Educated to degree level. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.

- Have the ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the payroll and pensions processing for fortnightly paid and salaried employees for approximately 75 employees. You will have responsibility for the complete payroll cycle. You must be technically strong on all aspects of payroll including but not limited to SMP, SSP, SPP, SAP, Tax Codes and NI calculations. Main duties will include collating, validating and accurate input of all payroll data, administering starter and leaver documentation, overtime, bonuses, holidays and RTI submissions. Liaise with Revenue and Customs where necessary. You will run all payroll reports, review documentation/information to confirm accuracy input and process pensions data etc. Process year end returns, P11ds & P60s. You will be responsible for submission of BACS, RTI and other returns and must answer questions and queries for end users. You will have responsibility for the complete HR cycle. You will have the relevant legal knowledge and technical ability to enable you to manage the staff recruitment process including creating job descriptions, advertising roles and interviewing candidates. Manage pre-employment checks, offers of employment, contracts of employment changes and employee changes. Induction for all employees. Monitor and manage employees for lateness and absenteeism. Conduct appraisals and manage all parts of the capability and grievance procedures including all investigations and hearings. Manage the leaving process and supply follow up references as and when requested. You will be working at our head office based close to the Excel Centre, East London. Our office hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday. You need to be punctual and reliable. Only applications accompanied by a detailed cover letter will be reviewed.
