Your environment

Within Société Générale Corporate Global

Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS), you will join as a VIE, our

prestigious (OPERATIONS) department in London, England.

You will be part of its “Know Your Customer” (KYC) team, a function

that aims at ensuring that the Bank is

compliant with its regulatory due diligence obligations.

KYC is, among a broader set of measures, one pillar of SGCIB’s

anti-money laundering system.

As KYC in Great Britain, we support Business Lines that focus on trade

financing, corporate account services and market activities.

Mission

Your role

In order to ensure

that the Bank is compliant with its regulatory obligations of client

identifications and due diligence, as a Junior KYC Officer,

you will analyse

and manage KYC files. The job is interesting, varied and as part of your

duties you will:
Review of existing clients

Assist with the onboarding of new clients

Carry out due diligence and reputation checks

Draft reports to present to the London

Compliance team

Analyse client files and give

recommendations and conclusions with regard to the client and its

activities,

presenting findings to the London Compliance

department where necessary

Answer of ad-hoc requests

Work closely with the Compliance department

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business

The VIE assignment in a

nutshell

This VIE in London is to begin as

soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date

and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

Your profile

Graduate

with a Master degree from Business school or University, majoring in economics

or law.

A

previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.

You are

fluent in English.

You are

proficient in Office application
