As a Stock Administrator, Head of Global Communications and Education, you will be joining a high-performing Stock Admin team to help administer Google’s innovative stock plan programs. You’re an adaptable top performer who will be a key contributor in a fast-paced growth environment. In addition to standard stock administration duties, the role will include the implementation of tax compliance programs in EMEA, design of enhanced audit processes, cross-functional engagement with our Engineering teams to develop new stock admin tools and employee education. You will have a proven stock admin track record in global, high tech companies and you are a quick learner with the desire to excel in all areas of work. Your work history should also demonstrate the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and to achieve results with minimal managerial oversight.

Responsibilities
Define and implement new stock administration processes which will meet jurisdictional compliance in EMEA, while balancing risk and effectiveness to ensure proper maintenance of equity awards within our administration systems.
Partner with internal and external tax advisors to ensure continued compliance and monitoring of global tax developments related to EMEA for both our non-mobile and global mobility employees.
Partner with the payroll team on statutory reporting requirements to ensure compliance when administering a global equity program throughout EMEA.
Work in tandem with our External Reporting team in ensuring proper recharging of our Equity Programs and partner with EMEA Finance Leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
Design and implement new stock admin tools and design/maintain internal stock admin websites for EMEA.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
International stock administration experience
Preferred Qualifications
CEP Certification.
Strong experience in operations and compliance issues.
Solid understanding of tax issues related to equity compensation.
Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks simultaneously. Excellent project management skills and a demonstrated history of automating processes
Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of spreadsheet skills and data management
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
