The Role
Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the whole lettings process from qualifying candidates to moving them into the property.

Duties
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be providing a friendly and professional service. Registering and maintaining regular contact with applicants, in order to arrange, organise and conduct viewings in line with the landlord’s instructions. You will also be having regular contact with the landlords, advising them on any lettings requirements, relaying feedback, and presenting any offers.

The Person
The right person for the role will be enthusiastic, driven and have an interest in real estate. They are very aware that it is their exceptional staff that makes a difference within this competitive market, so you can expect to receive ongoing training and support

Essential Criteria
As you will be required to drive to and from properties, you will need to possess a fully valid UK or EU driving licence.

Desirable Criteria
Being University level educated
Speaking additional languages
Providing your own car would be desirable.
