MANAGING CONSULTANT OR MANAGER REQUIRED FOR CITY BASED SECRETARIAL CONSULTANCY !


Managing Consultant or Manager – Secretarial
Basic c. £35-45k, OTE £75k+ plus the company offers a range of benefits including 24 days holiday, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, STL, Gym and retail discounts, Cycling scheme, Training and Coaching schemes ongoing
Based London – West End


The Person:
– Experienced London Secretarial Team Leader or Manager required
– Must have experience of overseeing a team of at least 2-3 min
– Knowledge or experience of the City market an advantage but not necessary
– Must have a track record of achievement in Recruitment
– Should be able to lead from the front and be hands on
– Should enjoy being client facing and able to build strong relationships.
– Would suit someone looking for a long term career

– To take over an established Secretarial team of 6-8 Consultants at varying levels
– You will be actively leading from the front and have a hands on approach
– You will be expected to make a personal contribution to billing
– Client base is a mix of City organisations FS and PS.
– Must be able to hit the ground running
