Qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse (Based with babies)
We are looking for a qualified NVQ Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work as part of our baby room team in a high quality setting based in Acton for 40 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nursery nurse to work within a small, friendly team who are dedicated to providing a high standard of care and education to the children. Applicants will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: Qualified to NVQ 3 or equivalent Post qualifying experience of working with children Must have a passion for childcare and be confident that you can create a warm and nurturing environment for children under 5 years old. A strong knowledge and understanding of the new EYFS is essential and applicants must be competent working within its framework, have experience of planning, completing observations and writing reports. In addition responsibilities will include: – Being a key person will mean daily communication with parents and written feedback. Applicants must be confident that they can build strong positive relationships, especially with key children and their parents and in their ability to maintain a good level of written observations / records / reports. To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. To plan, prepare and review the curriculum as part of a team dedicated to reflective practice. To work in partnership with the parents and other professionals/agencies as and when needed. To follow and implement all the policies and procedures of the setting. Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

We offer professional childcare for children between 3 months and 5 years. We are open all year round (except bank holidays and Christmas) from 07:30 – 18:30.
