Recruitment Manager



An exciting, brand new role of Recruitment Manager has been created for a consistently successful business in the retail space. The Recruitment Manager will build the recruitment function putting in place routines and processes and create a professional structure for recruitment and resourcing for the business as a whole.


Key Responsibilities


The Recruitment Manager will put in place a recruitment and talent attraction model for the business a whole, improving the approach to sourcing and on boarding new hires. The business heavily relies on agencies and the objective is to bring recruitment in-house. The role would mainly deal with head office roles (junior to executive level) and a key objective is to build a team of recruiters to support the post holder in their role. This is both an operational and strategic position and the Recruitment Manager will both create the recruitment framework as well as actively recruit for the business.


Profile


This superb opportunity will suit a recruitment manager with a passion for both sourcing and building a professional and robust recruitment infrastructure for an organisation, confident in building that structure from scratch. The Recruitment Manager will be highly proficient in all direct sourcing practices including Boolean and the use of social media. The candidate also needs some line management experience. Candidates will have a flexible approach and the ability to embrace change. Experience from the retail, FMCG or hospitality sectors is advantageous but not essential.
