Sales support administrator



**Exciting opportunity for a friendly and bubbly candidate to join the sales team in an international furniture company!**

JOB ROLE: Sales Support Administrator
JOB TYPE: Permanent/Full Time
COMPANY: Office furniture company
HOURS: 9:00am to 5:00pm
SALARY: £22,000 – £25,000
LOCATION: Barbican
CULTURE: Fast-paced, bubbly, dynamic team
BENEFITS: Healthcare,20 days’ holiday


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
-Admin support for team of 4 sales and 3 technical support persons
-Meeting and greeting visitors.
-Assisting in meeting room set up for client meetings
-Maintain program file for key customer installations
-Maintain program log for tender returns
-Enter data on company databases
-Assist in creation of tenders
-Follow-up delivery or quotation issues with Customer Services
-Maintain brochure and finish samples
-Meet buyout suppliers to follow-up customer requirements
-Take notes and prepare report for Monday Morning meeting


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
-Professional, friendly and bubbly personally
-Well organised
-Team player
-Hard working and willing to learn
-Can do attitude and happy to help whenever possible
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel and Outlook
-Office experience is ideal
