Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Finance
Basic c. £20,000
OTE c. £40-50,000

The Person:
Confident, well presented and articulate individual with the ability to build rapport and maintain client and candidate relationships within Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the Finance sector, ideally with a 2:1 or above from University. Sporty, high achieving candidates with strong communication skills, good personality and the ability to adapt well and retain information. B2B sales experience would be preferable, but is not essential.

The Role:
You will start as a trainee recruitment consultant, and will begin by resourcing candidates using the database, social media, head hunting, advertising, marketing and referrals. You will meet these candidates and vet them for roles based on your clients job specification. Once you have understood your market, you will be doing a full 360 recruitment role. This would involve developing new business, managing current client accounts, take job specifications, client care, writing adverts, meeting with clients and candidates and managing the whole process from start to finish.
