Role Overview

In this role, you will develop and implement a digital Fundraising strategy and plan, integrated into the wider Fundraising, departmental and organisational roadmap, across all digital channels. This includes email communications, display advertising, mobile and affiliate marketing, and social media.
You will develop and manage the implementation of the organisation’s organic and paid search marketing strategy to maximize fundraising goals.
You will lead on ensuring the VSO website is maximized for fundraising needs, ensuring content complements fundraising requirements and ensuring donate section and donation forms inspire and drive response.

Skills, qualifications and experience required

You will have an in depth experience of successfully using digital marketing techniques, ideally to recruit donors and/or support engaging supporter journeys that generate income. You will have extensive experience of project managing email marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
You will have extensive and relevant knowledge of web, mobile and interactive technologies in a direct response environment.
You will be exceptionally well organized, able to multi-task, plan and deliver projects on time.
You will be a proven innovative, creative thinker, able to identify new fundraising opportunities and develop conceptual ideas.
