Position: Senior Campaign Manager (Marketing)
Location: London
This is a distribution marketing role which will work closely with Central European Marketing team and local marketing departments around the European region to ensure marketing campaigns stand out in what is a highly competitive market.
The candidate will develop and implement product, thematic investment and practitioner support campaigns primarily aimed at investment professionals (wholesale and institutional). Campaigns should support the growth of business overall and increase awareness and conviction for the client in CE and its proposition for relevant customer segments.
The ability to develop effective customer-targeted content is critical to the success of this role. Consideration should therefore be given to ensuring all activities reflect current client needs, are executed to a high standard and on time and are impact and effective – as evaluated against key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Development and execution of campaign plans to ensure timely delivery of relevant and compelling marketing messages.
* Utilising the below-the-line marketing mix for maximum impact and cut through, with emphasis on digital, events, presentations and campaign / product collateral.
* Liaison and briefing internal and external resources and agencies, including negotiating costs and managing delivery to timelines.
* Briefing and / or creating campaign marketing materials – the development of which will include translation of investment trends, product propositions and current client needs and issues into timely and persuasive promotional communications.
* Taking account of necessary translation and trans-creation requirements to support local market execution.
* Definition and implementation of appropriate campaign evaluation metrics.
* Ensuring all executions meet required regulatory and compliance standards for local markets.
* Maintain awareness of competitor activity to help differentiate marketing communications and campaigns.
* Make a personal contribution to wider department / cross functional projects when required.
In order to be considered candidates must have experience working within the Asset Management sector. The role is a mix of digital (email), DM and BTL campaigns and candidates should have prior knowledge in these areas.
