Right now we are looking for inspirational, innovative, Customer obsessed individuals to become Mecca Bingo Trainee General Managers.


If you think you’ve got what it takes to become a Mecca Bingo General Manager we’d really like to hear from you.


The Trainee General Management programme is a 12-18 month course designed to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities necessary for you to successfully manage a Mecca Club at the end of your training period.


The programme is a combination of on-job learning and attendance at the Mecca Management Academy to complete your ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leading & Managing. To attain the qualification you will attend six off-site residential courses and complete four assessed assignments of approximately 2,500 words.


You will learn about:


  • How financial concepts are used to inform management decisions

  • How the customer supply chain operates to meet customer requirements

  • How to manage efficiently and effectively to achieve targets and objectives

  • How to coach others to improve personal and business performance

  • How to lead and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals

  • Be regionally mobile to complete your training and after successful completion of the programme to apply for GM roles

  • Hold a full UK driving licence

  • Have previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in a leisure or hospitality environment
