What the job involves

• Sourcing candidates & clients using a variety of methods


• Cold calling


• Screening potential candidates


• Building relationships


• Closing deals


• Guiding candidates & clients through the recruitment process


• Meeting & entertaining clients


• Negotiating fees

Incentives on offer

• Basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped commission and no thresholds


• OTE Year 1 £35,000-£40,000, Year 2 £60,000-£80,000, Year 3 £100,000+
