Reporting Manager

Financeplus, is the shared service centre for the impressive global organisation WPP. (www.wpp.co.uk)We provide this global group with an excellent comprehensive accounts function, ranging from Accounts Payable, Billing, Credit Control to Management Accounts.Located in leafy Ealing, just a short walk from Ealing Broadway station (London W5) we have now been established 3 years and have undergone impressive growth.

This is a fantastic role reporting into the Head of Accounting and Reporting/Snr Management team. This is a pivotal role in the company’s growth across the WPP group.

Ultimately this role manages a team of part qualified MA’s as they produce the management accounts for a number of entities belonging to the WPP group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering monthly reporting packs alongside varied analytical work, whilst managing a team of Management Accountants (mainly part qualified).

This candidate should have a strong focus required in continuous improvements in process, controls and systems.

They will be able to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Providing formal reports on a regular basis for presentation, detailing and understanding issues, identifying opportunities for standardisation of systems process and staffing.

Be able to manage a team which has responsibility for maintaining the General Ledger and Group reporting. This team is set to increase in 2016.

Relevant skills and experience:

• CIMA Qualified


• Strong technical accounting skills
