We are seeking a Lettings Manager to lead this long established agent in Wimbledon SW19 – substantial basic salary and earnings potential…

The on target earnings of £60-70,000+pa consist of a basic salary of £40,000 pa plus office commission. In addition there is a company car or car allowance.

In this interesting and key role as Lettings Manager you will be building on the company’s reputation to maintain and grow the business.

As an experienced Lettings Manager with drive, enthusiasm and a proven track record you will need to be:

Skilled at winning instructions on high end residential property with the ability to maintain good tenant & landlord relationships

Good at both managing and inspiring lettings negotiators to let high end properties in a similar location as well as having a hands on approach to doing business

Well spoken and well presented with excellent communication skills to ensure your team deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

Sound knowledge and adherence to current Lettings legislation is vital ideally with ARLA/NFoPP qualifications or equivalent.
