Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Property and Construction
Basic c.£18K plus excellent commission – 1st year OTE c.£35k

The Person:
– It is important you possess very strong sales experience, ideally B2B
– Strong commercial acumen to successfully fulfil this fantastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant role
– Our client is looking for a credible, high calibre individual
– You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
– With strong rapport building skills you will be comfortable dealing with clients at all levels and possess the confidence to persuade, negotiate and close
– You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organise and work in a pace paced environment.

The Role:
– A 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant role
– You will be given warm clients from day one with the view to generating new business over time
– You will be required to build relationships with candidates and clients and successfully fill client requirements
– You will write adverts, screen, interview, short list, maintain records and speak to and meet candidates and clients on a regular basis

– From day one, your Manager will put in place a personal career development plan to enhance your career progression as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, with targets to hit and goals to achieve. Upon completion of these tasks, you would expect a promotion.
