CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES EXECUTIVE (INBOUND ONLY)

You will have knowledge on equine or have the experience of working with horses or ponies whether that is in a vet or stables. Along with excellent sales experience and the ability to work to targets, you’ll possess a passion for Horses and Ponies and excellent communication skills, to be able to influence people successfully, show understanding and empathy with owners and close sales. A qualification in Equine Management or Equine Science is advantageous but not essential. A practical knowledge of MS Office would be an advantage. In addition to this you will be flexible, reliable, demonstrate a willingness to learn and possess a professional and positive attitude.

Open Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm (1 in 2), working a variety of shifts totalling 37.5 hours per week.
