We are recruiting for x2 Experienced Recruiters to join our accomplished team of professionals in the Heart of London City Centre.

Due to wide success our offices have been opening across the UK, so far we are in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Kent. BUT, we aren’t finished yet! We have even more in store for 2016. Some exciting and fantastic plans are in the horizon.

You would be joining a team of just over 50 Education Recruitment Specialists that work with over 500 Clients a week. What we want from you as an experienced recruiter;

• A successful background in billing and growing a desk


• Experience in cold calling and business development


• A genuine interest in the education sector or learning the sector


• A charismatic personality and relentless drive to succeed

Role specification

You’ll be expected to sell to a variety of different environments, in both public and private school settings in a specific discipline; understanding their needs in order to provide suitable Teachers.

At the same time, you’ll strive to develop your existing relationships with our clients through constant high levels of service. Essential to this role will have the ability to build great relationships with your Teachers in order to rapidly fulfil multiple vacancies.

• Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning business for the Sugarman Education Division.


• You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients and Teachers.


• Ensuring you meet both weekly and monthly KPI’s / targets through maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.


• You will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients, establishing Sugarman Education as “the agency of choice”.


• Compliant and conscious of ever evolving legislation.


• Managing a database of teachers and support staff ensuring the Sugarman Education brand is professionally represented at all times.
