About the role

Capita HR Solutions are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to partner with a high profile client in London. You will be based at the main client site 3 or 4 days per week, with the remaining time being split between home working and / or working from a Capita office in the North of England and Northern Ireland.

What you will do:

• The analyst will be the main link between required HR / Payroll processes and technology changes aligned to the implementation of a high profile project


• The analyst will be required to elicit and accurately document business and IT requirements from a variety of sources for issue to stakeholders for approval. They will also be required to manage workshops to determine business and technical solution design and interface with the IT service providers to ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements.


• Additionally, they will manage the testing of two HR systems to ensure they are fit for purpose to implement new functionality

Your experience will include:

• Strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, data analysis and fact-finding skills. Experience of effectively managing stakeholders including strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and build working relationships at all levels


• Proven organisational skills, with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Experience of the change control process, including initiating and driving through change and analysing impact assessments in terms of costs and benefit.


• Experience of effectively managing stakeholders including strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and build working relationships at all levels.


• Comfortable at facilitating workshops and delivering presentations, strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, data analysis and fact-finding skills.


• Good knowledge of implementation of HR, Recruitment, Payroll OR Contact Management Systems or similar (desirable)
