You will provide a high quality, professional and client focused surveying service to our high profile private sector and commercial clients, as well as assisting them in making the most of their assets. Key accountabilities:

Producing building surveying reports (building surveys, dilapidation surveys, schedules of condition, party wall reports etc.)

Conducting pre-acquisition inspections and reports

Party Wall Matters

Project management of small to medium scale projects including but not limited to:

External and internal cyclical redecorations and repairs

Refurbishment of vacant office and commercial spaces including design through tender,analysis and contract to completion

Dilapidations.

Wants of repair

Schedules of Condition and Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes
