CRM Campaign Manager- Retail £45,000 – £55,000

My client is a leading retail group and has experienced some exciting levels of growth in their CRM team. Due to this, they are now looking for a CRM Campaign manager to develop and execute their online CRM campaigns across several of their brands, across multiple European countries.

The CRM Campaign manager role will involve scoping and executing end-to-end campaigns, using data to pioneer personalisation projects, manage and develop CRM solutions, execute customer lifecycle campaigns and assist with large scale segmentation projects.

To apply you will have previous experience in CRM, with a proven track record of both hands on strategic campaign experience. You will have worked across personalisation projects, segmentation initiatives and loyalty campaigns. You will have end-to-end campaign experience, from scoping campaigns, briefing designers and integrating data from analytics teams.
