Based in London
Base salary £22K + Commission (Uncapped) + Benefits package

Excellent Delegate Sales opportunity for a Graduate with at least 6 months experience in a professional B2B sales position. This role would suit a phone based sales professional who is confident and successful working to targets.

The client

Is an internationally recognized conference organisation with a strong track record of success creating & delivering exceptional market leading business conferences. For over 15 years this events business has mastered the art of creating successful large scale events on a global scale. The London office are looking to recruit a Delegate Sales Executive to join the team.

The role

This position is perfect for an ambitious and successful B2B Sales Executive who can work confidently with senior decision makers. As a Delegate Sales Executive you will work across conferences focused on varied industries, such as; life science, finance, tech, marketing etc. Your role is to identify, contact and confirm delegates for conference within your portfolio. You will be responsible for:

• Working on large scale international conferences


• Researching and understanding the industry sectors you are covering


• Selling features & benefits of each event to delegates


• Building a network and generating new leads


• Cross selling across other company events


• Updating the CRM system


• Working as part of a team


• Achieving your targets and meeting deadlines

The person:

• You must be looking to work in a sales position within a commercial conference business


• You will be a graduate with a 2:1 or 1st degree


• Your must have 6 -18 months in a telephone based sales position

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Confidence on the phone talking to senior level executives from major industries


• Ability to prioritise task and organise time efficiently


• Ambitious to succeed – constantly achieve targets and meet deadlines


• Self-motivated, team player and driven


• Love learning new information and a naturally inquisitive nature
